Hi, I recently got $1000 inheritance. I don't really have anything particular I want to do with the money. I have been looking into a savings account or something to invest in. I am still a freshman in highschool and have no clue about any money matters. If someone could point me in the right direction, whether it be a website to inform me of these things I'd be grateful. Thanks.

$1000 isn't much. You'll problably need to save up some more, but if I were you I'd look for a cheap car in the newspaper, look up the actual value of it and try to talk the person down and buy it for less than its worth. If theres anything that needs to be done to it, invest some in it then work on selling it for more than you paid!
