I recently got a notice from Citi group saying that my credit cards will face surcharges when I use it overseas.
I plan to go to Canada. Is there any card that does NOT carry oversea purchase surcharges? Thanks.

I just double checked, and found that the VISA card offered by my credit union does not have surcharges for foreign purchases. They told me that all VISA cards have this benefit! So I am going to get my real quick, since my vacation in Canada is coming up in 2 weeks.
