What is the good ways to SEO non English websites? I get confused with this matter. I still keep doing normally, but I think it must be something that needs to make different. Do you know? I'd like to learn from experiences members here. Please help me!! Thanks!!

IMO apart from content of your website all things you should carry in US English as people will still use English keywords and English phrases to search your site. If your site is about jokes in xyz language then xyz jokes would be your main keyword which you need to well optimized with in on page and off page both ways.

Check out Amazon Turk - you can pay each worker a few sense to use keywords and drive traffic to your site.
After a while google catches on and starts ranking your site higher.
