Why is the U.S. Military conducting joint training exercises with major urban police departments?

Just who are they preparing to fight? Might be a reasonable question to ask.
And why are our police departments training with the military anyway? Why would they need to know how to coordinate with any other than the National Guard?
Is our military preparing to fight a war inside the United States? Who do they expect to be fighting and for what reasons?

What first comes to mind is training for riots and looting.
At what point do the people become shrewd (The Art of War)?

That would be the excuse. And at what point do "riots and looting" become "armed revolution?"
What I'd like to know is whether or not a U.S. service person is ready and willing to fire upon a fellow countryman. I'd hope they remember that their oath is to support and defend the Constitution; it is NOT to obey the Commander-in-Chief or their superior officers no matter what they might command.
Have people already forgotten Kent State?

Cops/Military hyped-up on RedBull (steroid rage, cocky as hell). Suicidal and insane.
Money-talk keeps crashing, almost daily. Is he using free hosting or something? Bad or overloaded servers? My buddy in Jersey can host him for next to nothing.

That kind of an error is a database or coding problem, not a host server problem. It appears to be self-clearing, so if you just go back a page, leave your browser open so your session stays current, and give it a while it's usually OK. Don't know what the solution is, but the above is the workaround.

Many are thinking that if war breaks out, that the US will be rounding-up and imprisoning foreigners like they did in WW2, the internment camps. Something like this would also be highly sensitive (SWAT).

Maybe the military found weaknesses when they were fighting in Baghdad and other cities and they are trying to improve their training methodology and skills?

With a live population? And why would the police need to train with them? Remember, it was billed as a joint exercise, NOT as the police were just keeping the civilians out of the way.
