Looking at using hostgator and was wonder what would be the best plan to sign up for. the hatching, baby, or business plan?

Well, if you're going to be selling stuff you probably want SSL and for that you'd have to go with the Business plan.

Good suggestion eastman. I'm a total control freak, but there are other ways of accomplishing the same thing. It's always easier to use pieces already made to put together a site. If you're willing to accept those pieces may not work exactly the way you want or look exactly the way you want. I like coding a site from scratch but that's certainly not for everyone.

starting is new website is good option all you have to take care of keyword which is prime factor for any success.
