A good business plan is most important for starting any kind of business, however money is also important but there are many businesses where we donít need to invest big amount of money. If you have a good business plan then you can be successful in the business.

Various types of partnership are there and most of the people prefer to have it. Partnership in a business lead to help in financial problem and other things also. You and your partner going to enjoy the profit and share the loss also. This type of partnership is best in business.

I am planning for general partnership. A general partnership is a partnership with only general partners. Each general partner takes part in the management of the business, and also takes responsibility for the liabilities of the business. If one partner is sued, all partners are held liable. General partnerships are the least desirable for this reason.

A well balanced business partnership combines the skills and knowledge of two or more people creating diversity and greater potential for achievement. Whether your partner's skills and experience complement or contrast with your own, a wider range of contacts, knowledge and capabilities is established within the organization.
