For me, I think you want to try and offer something that's a bit unique. Something that other sites aren't offering. Take a look at some of your competitor's sites. It may give you some ideas.

Think to yourself if you were the customer what would make you want to return to the site. A few things to consider; great customer service, easy to navigate site, and always updating merchandise. Another thing to help bring customers back is offering them an incentive for wanting to come back.
