I meant what's your take on the purpose/reasons for deregulation and the economic mess it caused? It looks like they opened Pandora's box. It sure brought things out into the light (shadow banking, bogus accounting).
There's an AP article today that everyone's nest egg has recovered.

Ok. So for a corporation wanting to sell stock (privately heald) what would be the best way to proceed? All thoughts and suggestions will most definitely be helpful.
