Airlines for example have something in place along the lines of liability trust or FLP? In which all of their assets are unobtainable or tangible in a lawsuit. I was invited to a cheesy sales pitch seminar that just happen to have some interesting info when they weren’t trying to sell legal services and energy well investments. I just can’t remember any of the asset and wealth protection they mentioned in detail.

From other recent posts, I know you are aware of the LLC and incorporation options that would go a long way towards protecting your assests.

I have gotten some great info in the newer post about LLCs I was wondering if anyone knew anything about partnership allocation or if there was a way you were not sueable at the corporate or personal level.
