You need to be in a good niche, then have original interesting articles to make decent money.

I have a friend doing some google adsense and its really good on google adsense he makes a lot of money in google adsense by just 3 months he got a lot of income.i also like to do some google adsense but there i am still don't know how can i prevent spamming because google adsense can also consider you spam they say because you are the only looking for your adds so google made that..very interesting right?

I'm not sure what you mean by spamming Google AdSense. Do you mean something like using a traffic type site or PTC (paying people to click and view your site)?
If so, those are 2 examples that would violate the AdSense TOS.
If you're working with survey type sites for example:

the way you promote is not so limited.
