well... we;ve worked through quite some hardships, but we are doing it...
family relationships intact.... phewwwwwwwwww
it; s not been an easy road
we;re back to the original plans: co-owners, nobody buying nobody out
Doing a wrap loan for the mortgage payments so that they are legally responsible for it (no changes in interest or anything)
protection for all parties
well get that notarized before i leave Tuesday
and when i return end of the year we'll continue to iron out details
what di you think??
