Kaishuu Management Group Inc, a Credit and Collections industry based in Florida, USA is now entering the Start-up Phase with confidence in having surpassed our milestones set in our Seed/Proof of Concept Phase. In entering this phase, we are now starting to actively introduce the company to potential investors.
In our Start-up round of funding, we are seeking to raise $250,000, which will be partly from potential angels like yourself and from business development investors. For every dollar invested, we will issue one share of common stock in our company. Based on the projected numbers you would see a return of 84% per year over four-years for a total return of 337%.
We would also offer in the investment agreement that at the end of the forth year that we will personally buy your shares of the company back at four-dollars per share. Yet, I am sure that seeing a 197% per annum return would prevent any buy-back requests.
In addition, we are offering for those investors that would like debt based investments options a convertible four-year note at 18% per annum. The note would be secured by the asset value of the inventory we would acquire for servicing. However, the total return-on-investment would only be 72% compared to our equity opportunity at an estimated 337%.
