Hey everyone,
I just want to thank this website and its contributors for giving such insights as well as giving me the right directions. I remember using this site when I was in college and now that I'm graduated and working full time for 2 years as a financial accountant, things are going super well.
I just need some insight(s) possibly with my current situation. I think now, I can be a bit more flexible in-terms of my financial situation.
1. My age is currently 23
2. Recently got a raise, anywhere from $65-70k.
3. Maxed out my ROTH IRA and have about $15,000 in various stocks/funds.
4. Student Loan about $10,000 which I am paying off monthly since I want most of my money to go into some sort of investment vehicles.
5. Recently enrolled in my employers 401k which the percentage is max ($16,500).
6. Living with parents. I actually want to live on my own, but I want to be able to save not only in my savings account, but to be able to reduce as much expense cost as possible like rent and such.
7. Car is fine.
Any input is much appreciated.

Glad to hear you're doing well.
My only suggestion: it's time to fly the nest!! You can afford it now, and the experience adds to your well-rounded "life portfolio."
And, hey, stick around. I think you're in position now to be giving the advice around here......

Yea I can't believe it's been like 4 years already? I totally forgot about this site after getting my first career job which I am still at. Time to give back to the community!
