As always thanks or the info. Sometimes 1st and 2nd grade teachers over simplify things. Which is a poorer kept secrete the NSA or the Illuminati?

Should probably research the plain thing more. My understanding is it was mostly a poor customer service issue. Just remember a few news stories.
