I do not think twice before selling. There is no particular reason why house prices grow faster in the future, and certainly not even consider buying a new home for rent in a city where you live, but it is above what you are selling when you leave.

Same as with me. When I sell I dont think twice and I look for further deals that are necessary in terms of making investments in real estate.
Renting is something very different and it is necessary to first look at the deals that are valuable in future.
