I heard about this too - the thing is, the financial world is in such shambles right now that getting VC, Angels as well as funding from financial institutions is extremely hard. This article is important, but it seems like it will be falling on deaf ears

I agree, its was already hard enough to start and business, but now trust has virtually vanished from all lenders
