We are qualifying for a refinance on our home through a program that was bought by American Express. Instead of the standard 30 year fixed, jumbo loan with interest getting the bulk of the payment, the principal is paid off more quickly on a line of credit that is set up like a checking account. Apparently, 30% of Australians use this type of program as do other countries. There has been radio commercials that talk about paying off your mortgage in 10 years if you have good credit. The homeowner must have at least a 700 credit score, no more than 75% ltv on the home, and at least $96,000 on adjusted gross income. This is not the extra house payment a year plan. Does anyone have any input on this?[/b]

this could really help who just started their own business.
the beginners needs money to invest, and to make a profit.
