Hello Money Talk, My name is Justin, i am currently in the military and I am fixing to get out in febuary of next year and I have many descisions that I need to make but I don't know where to start. i thought that if i found people that had similar experiences or just more knowledge then me in financial stability and home ownership it would make my transition from 10 years of being a sailor to the civilian life again. I just don't want to make any bad decisions for my family, and feel that the Military is all I have.

Thanks, and nice to see you two on here too. Well we are wanting to buy a home in branson when i get out of the military but selling our current home is where we are having the problems. We don't want to lose too much money and have to out of pocket the difference. Now i also don't know how hard it would be to get another home loan while we are renting out our house in florida. I have had several reccommendations, to sell the house and soak up the diff, to rent the house and buy another one, and to rent the house and rent when we get to missouri to try to save enough money for a down payment to buy a new home when we sell our one in florida. All good rec's that we have considered but i don't know which would be the smartes i guess. then we don't know if it would be smart to try to consolidate our two vehicle loans, meaning sell both the cars, buy one cheaper and buy out of pocket another one to save on payments

If you're looking for money making ideas that are both fun and easy to do, then here is a great example. Can you talk? Do you have a computer and an Internet connection? If you add a free software (Audacity), you have all that is required to enable you to make money.Listen, I know what I'm talking about, because I told my husband how do it and he was very successful. After we moved to France, my husband wanted to attract some traffic to the French copy of his original Danish web site. The changes I proposed to him skyrocketed the visitor count, as you'll learn in a moment.
