The house was just painted with cheap paint, but after the third month all the paint down and crack out there investing money again to repair, but still not satisfied with her very poor get guy.Definitely a fixed rate, and double pay the mortgage, if possible! Do not forget to calculate the operating costs of your home in your budget to come, as the functioning A / C & maintenance, heating, etc.
