Due to latest overdraft fee made by the congress, BOA is now eliminating overdraft fees for those customers who are not opt in. That means if customers opt out of the list, then they won't be charged for overdraft fees but their checks and their chargers will get denied.

I personally like this idea I rather get my CC denied and get embarrassed a bit if I have insufficient charge and pay over draft fees and go further negative.
