Both of the above phenomena are true. Then what to do to make money with your website. Yes if you don't have already a website or blog. And planning to make one to make it to make money for you then you can get ideas from webmasters and successful blog owner to get ideas on the subjects on which you can get more CTR as well as high rate click value if you plan to use adsense on your site. Of course there are many alternate to adsense where there is not headache of CTR.
