I'm someone who follows politics closely. I must have time on my hands because I regularly envision myself as President of the United States and have typed up what would be my initial speech to the nation if I were. The speech is different from many political speeches since I do not consider it to be a motivational speech as many political speeches are. It presents ideas in what I believe to be an independent, non-partisan way.
I really have no plans to run but wondering the best way to get this out. I am not really interested in making money with this but perhaps you can give me some ideas here on these items
1 - Are there blogs where I can post this to and any ideas?
2 - I'd be interested in getting this on youtube but I do not have the equipment and I've been told the cost is high. Any ideas how I can even present this without spending much money.
3 - Any ideas on how I can be a voice in politics. I really do not want to run but I'm independent minded and am concerned about what is going on.
4 - Do I need to patent the speech first?
5 - Any more suggestions would be appreciated.

You can't patent words. You copyright them. And all that takes is a copyright notice.
Yes, visit blogs and forums and look for those that fit the profile of the people who are likely to agree with you, and then find out if you're allowed to post your own editorial pieces there. If it's good writing, more than likely you'll be allowed to, because content sites are always hungry for new content.
You can get a video camera for your computer for under $100. That's all it takes to post a video.

Hm... i think Youtube or Myvideo will be a good think to start! So you will see if people like what you´re offer to them
