Have you guys ever heard of a company that specializes in staffing a recruitment? I was interviewed by them today and everything seem to go well. They are going to forward my resume to a company that's part of the NASDAQ 100. What's difference with this approach towards getting the job? and is it effective?

Persons in technical specialties and executive positions often engage what they call a "headhunter" who matches a prospect with an opportunity, and takes a fee or a percent for the service. It's widely used and seems to work pretty well.

They said they have matched me with a company called HSIC. Fortune 500 company and is in the top 100 of NASDAQ. Pretty coold i'd say

Did they ask you for any money? The employer usually pays the fees if it's a legitimate operation.

nah no money is included, they get paid from companies that are looking for quality candidates.
