Ya i agree that real estate investment will give you the good amount of profit but some type of risk is there so be careful while investing.

Same here. I think entering into real estate for investment can bring you a lot of profit, but then there's a certain risk that comes along with it. Then again, investing always has a risk. It's just a matter of how much you are willing to risk.

Well best investment differs according to times. Stock market was the option once. It was considered the best investment. But real estate and gold showed promise and stayed as an option for thousand years. I think real estate is the best option always..

As a result of the housing bubble bursting,real estate investment is where we have turned our attention. The area in which we live in is mostly investment property, and or second home investment. This provides a rather unique situation. Cost, worth, and purchase dried up here before it did in other areas, and opened the door for steals in terms of land, and property ownership. Of course major developers have invested in large parcels of land, and existing homes, but it also opened the door for people such as us to invest in property we would have not been able to prior to the current economic situation. In a few years we expect to make great returns on these properties, but we also realize that this market will be one of the last to see substantial improvement. I feel we were smart in where we purchased, and was careful not to over extend ourselves... even if it takes 3 or more years to see a turn around we will be ok until then.

Storage does look good but with so many of these places around I have to wonder at what point does that market become over-saturated? Will the storage companies have to engage in a price war and begin to lose profitability?People have to live someplace, so it seems to me a good bet is houses and apartments.I'm betting that real estate is going to drop even more so I'm waiting to buy.If you can get owner financing on homes or apartment buildings that seems like the best way to go, you get the leverage of owning the real estate without having the debt reported on your personal credit report.Raw Land to me seems like a non-performing asset which you will have to pay taxes on unless you can find a way to earn income on it perhaps by leasing it to farmers or ranchers.

Investment can be in various forms nowadays. Online real estate business is one of them. It's easier and high profit making. So a site full of information about properties with specification and can be good one on the internet and thus business can be done easily through the site.

If you want to invest for long term then you can invest in Gold, Share market, properties. Otherwise just hard cash for a while.
