Yes, it is an important issue especially for those who are working at their own as freelancers. Normally I work ten hours a day at my home. But I can't sit in regular way upon my PC. So, I take some rest period also after every two hrs. This rest period is used to look after my kids.

I got only 50 hours a week for my work..10 hours a day..for me paying 10 hour in my work is really working i always getting my target..My business is all about battery,lead acid battery and polymer akku or polymer battery.This business is not really hard to manage..So i alway paying 10 hours time for it..

I have worked 54 hours this week, including a little overtime. I have to go through work with the passion that I have. I am going to need this in order to succeed. I am not looking into the money that I will earn actually. I am actually looking into being able to perfect my sense of responsibility, and the drive to want to do more.
