Yeah, they don't hate sites with lots of original and fresh content. But that's about it. Razz

Google hates manipulation a lot and i am sure that all the points given by you are really appropriate and will be helpful for people who were not known about it.

I agree that duplicate content is a big issue. Check out http://www.google.com/webmasters you can get all kinds of information about what google likes and dislikes about your site, its very easy to set up if you have FTP access it will take you 5 min tops!

Some will link to your website with made up dynamic urls which can cause duplicate content penalty. I remember once person linked to a website of mine like this...

example.com?niceduplicatecontent (which just showed the homepage)

Now I disallow dynamic urls with robots.txt to avoid this issue. There are probably other ways to deal with this...

maybe 301 redirecting all unknown
dynamic urls to the homepage would work better...
