I am wholesaling properties. I have well researched by area and have been using craigslist, backpage, and signs (poles, stakes, etc..) to advertise. i have signs for the car, as well as business cards. does anyone else know of any other kind of marketing that can be done that is relatively inexpensive, it dosent necessarily have to be online, but any kind of marketing? Thanks for the input.

You say you are using Craig's List, but there are many different strategies that could be used to magnify your impact there, in fact so many it could fill a book. Think outside the box.
For example, come up with a PDF report that covers some interest that your potential customers would find valuable and give it away. Of course you would have a nice short pitch with contact links and info at the bottom. By getting a nice cover graphic to make it look important, you could increase the perceived value. Maybe even do a nice Splash Page to send them to with teaser copy, that's what I do and it works.

I perfer online marketing , there are many advantages with doing internet marketing that conventional offline marketing doesn’t offer. Now in my opinion the smart thing to do is to have a combination of both an online and offline marketing campaign.
