| No love for new condos? |

Considering the real estate lows seen in America, I would venture that new condo developments will reap larger rewards than financials 10 years from now. Outside of America, I'm not quite sure. New condos in markets like Calgary and Vancouver have taken a big hit this year, but who knows if they've bottomed out yet.

I would think Financials because by watching the media it seems like that is the most important to people.
