What "Place" you are talking about? Any suggestions without any would be unwise. It will be different in Capitola from Aptos for example. That's it. Nick Brian.

Both decisions are good. In this you can’t mention the area where you want to buy the house. If you was mention the area where u want to purchase the house, then I recommend you easily that which idea is good

a house is only worth what someone else is willing to pay for it. and to improve the value of your property you have to make careful invesetment and improvements to it.

The value of your house will depend on the economy and the area where you live. You can get a realtor and get comparables of the houses in the neighborhood.

The most important is the location where is the house. But you have to have lucky as well, and some knowledge of how these things work in general. You now, you have to be in the right place in the right time...
