Granted my wifes beloved rental is worth 30K more then she paid for it.

Well the renters are still paying for it.

Still I like network marketing better.

Because if our renters leave you have to cough up the morgage payment.

With MLM as long as I don't go crazy on adverts there is never the cash drain.

Network Marketing is so much better then a rental.

You don't have to worry about your downline trashing out you house with a party. Unless of course your in one of those party MLMs like Watkins or Discovery toys. Still I don't see those parties getting to wild.

Perhpas if Ozzy ozbourn were in your downline:)

Had a rental for a while.

It's was great getting that rent check, not great having to ask for it.

Nice to make the extra money, except that it was really just repaying the money invested to get it up to par.

In the end, it paid for renovations that we needed in order to sell the duplex at a good price.
