I think REITS and TECK will perform well. Oil stocks also nice low PEs so I think there run will continue.

However as intrest rates rise I am going to start lowering my REIT exposure.

I could be wrong but objects in motion tend to stay in motion and I expect the market to do well for a while.

The general market may tread water but I think these 3 sectors will do good for a while and I have money in them.
