10% tithing, pay off my house, invest the rest, keep my day job, and take two vacations a year: one to the beach, one to the slopes.

I will invest it in a business that's sure to multiply it three times or more.
And when that investment has paid off, I can build a house, get kick-ass medical and life insurance for the family, travel and see the world, and of course, help others in need. And I am not kidding about the last one. I really want to help those who deserve it, maybe seriously ill kids.

Interesting,
My, how opinons have changed over the past couple years since it was originally posted. Now what would you invest in? Certainly, real estate is far from its collapse in many areas, and top economists are predicting up to a 15% further drop in value, so I would stay away from real estate in the U.S. market.
Investing in anything that is U.S. dollar based is also a much higher risk than it was a couple years ago, after all, the U.S. is bankrupt, and as much B.S. as is coming out of our talking heads in Washington, believe nothing for they do not know how to be truthful with the American public. Don't beleive it, then if you listened to Bernanke this past week, he supports the devalued dollar, and is doing everything he can to see it collapse. lol
Simply put, pull your money out of U.S. banks, sell your stocks, do not purchase real estate in U.S., protect yourself from the devalued dollar threat as the deperately keep printing pressed running full speed ahead. Silver is exploding to over $32. per ounce, and as I see it, this is a great place to put your money. Gold would be second best place, along with platinum, but don't count on the dollar. Move your dollar holdings to CAN loonie which is far more insulated from collapse then bankrupt U.S. and out of control fed. reserve who keeps printing and printing, so the best advice is to shift out of dollar based assets as I see it.
