Hello,
I am in need of generating effective and free publicity for three separate small business ideas. Would anyone here be willing to share a few quick tips on the most effective ways of generating free publicity or know of any useful contacts:
1. A not-for-profit online service catering to senior citizens' needs – virtual assistants give highly personalized 1-to-1 support and assistance to seniors, using VOIP/webcam, etc. Service to hearing impaired/vision impaired clients is also available. Seniors pay what they can (a fee of $5/hour is suggested).
2. An online tutoring service (offshore and/or onshore) provided by grad students, for students in elementary school up to university.
3. An offshore virtual assistant business catering to individuals/professionals/companies, as well as academic researchers.
All of the above services would be offered mostly offshore from India.
Any expertise/advice/guidance in this respect would be greatly appreciated.
