Hello,
Market keep fluctuating, real estate is more stable and safe it is wise to invest in property, you can invest in share also, but invest small some of amount in share market, you cant predict the next move of market, it may go higher, or just fall flat.

Looking for a short term investment, stocks may be good option.
Real Estate is the best option for long term investment for 5-6 year.

Hello
Well in my opinion you have to invest your money in real estate. There are ricks in stocks now a days the market suddenly goes down, but the value of property is just going to high. So the investment in real estate is best. There are many useful factors which make real estate investing so much popular. Now peoples generally investing there money in real estate. I had also invested in that. Well its my opinion.

I prefer real estate. I would suggest you invest in the real estate market where there are now a prosperous and you may receive a good return on investment.
