| Did you plan for anything after retirement? |

Hello Everyone! I am a retired man and not even a pension holder and because of this reason I have already made a plan for my future during my job time. I have invested my earnings at that stage in many investing companies with many investors. But after retirement I felt that I should invest my rest of the money which I got after my retirement in some new investing firms which are basically dealing with some real estate properties. Does anyone know about such investors which will help me out?

Hi….. I am also a retired person and I also had the same issues after my retirement, that time one of my companions told me about investing in real estate property which is really a beneficial investment. He told me about an investing firm which provides investment offers in real estate. Now I have invested my money in real estate which I believe was a wise decision and I will suggest you also go through this. Hopefully your issue will also get resolved.
Happy Investments

My self sanju, i provide finance services like like share tips, MCX tips and nifty tips . It has been proved historically that a Long Term Investor always gains and thus to provide you all with the returns equivalent to long term investment with smaller time. A number of traders have lost their money in the market due to wrong trading advice or wrong decisions and emotions.

If the people that referred to these companies are talking about REIT's make sure you check the holdings before you invest, Generally speaking, REIT's with investments in commercial real estates share more return than those that simply do development or residential properties. Keep in mind more reward=more risk.
pwsolutions, land never depreciates. The decreasing value that you see is merely the economic effect on the market value.

Falkner, I think you are doing well, maybe you won't need to invest your money. But if you want to, it would be a perfect retirement plan!

Allocate retirement investment money to a mixture of stocks, bonds and cash according to your research and the advice of investment counselors. Know your tolerance for risk taking and plan accordingly.

i am 25 i have my 401k for my retirements...Did you know if you plan for retirement at a young age, you can be a millionaire by the time you are 65? Most of us won't start soon enough to reach that goal, but that doesn't mean we have to look forward to surviving on Social Security. It's never too late to plan for the future.

I am planning to invest in real estate after my retirement. I have taken lots of information on it as how and where to make these investments in real estate. I am feeling that it is a very trustful to make an investment in real estate.

I am 72 and I had a lot of fun spending all my money while it was still worth more. Now I have been retired for 10 years and having the time of my life without any 401K or pension, but only because I bought Real Estate with someone else's money when I was younger and learned how to keep cash flowing by using the Internet now that I have all the time I need.

Well, Why dont you invest online?
Online investing will also make it quite a bit easier for the investor to track their investments. Each website is set up to be user friendly in tracking each individual's portfolio. These websites also tend to charge a much lower fee for investments than many of the traditional brokers, which allows the investor to build their portfolio even further.

I would rather flush my money down the toilet. At least then I wouldn't need to worry about what will happen to it, it's over and done with.

I completely agree with you up to a certain point. At age 72 I am no longer buying. It takes time for appreciation to have it's effect in order to see significant profit with safety unless you are flipping it, which is more than I want to do at my age. I prefer to just enjoy what I have in place.
