Ya this probably is a scam, but I am doing an experiment. I invested $10 which I don't care to lose. I let you know if it worked which should be in 7 days or a few more.

Just another pyramid scheme.
They even admit it on their site...

May be your right, because they don't even specify or state where they invest the money of the members. I tried also to inquire twice from them using their support but no response.

Hi people.
First of all let me introduce myself.
My name is Arie, I'm 20 years old, from Israel.
I wanted to tell you my story with Bucksondemand.com , it a bit long to read btw but I'm sure you'll like it.
Well, this is the story.
On the 28th of November (a few days ago) I found this website of bucksondemand from an Advertisment, And I was so enthusiastic when I saw it. I've never seen websites like this that promise to double your money, and also the "200% money back guarantee!" in the homepage - all of this caused me to try it.
So, with all the excitment, I clicked on the "pay" button via Stormpay.com, and I paid with my Credit Card $10 (I had 0.00$ in my Stormpay account so I had to do it via CC )
And about 10 minutes after it I found this forum from Google, and I read all the things you wrote about Bucksondemand.
And I must say it gave me a bad feeling. It's like giving $10 to a person you'll never see again or hear from. I even read that pattyflip gave also $10 to this scam program and got nothing.
So, I thought and thought if I can do something about it, and then I thought - why not - let's use the support of Stormpay.com and ask them if I can do something about it.
So this is the message that I wrote them:
--------------
Hello
I am enclosing the transaction details that I made a couple of minutes ago.
I paid 10$ to "BuckOnDemand", however it seems that my money goes to a company who's cheating.
After I paid those 10$ I noticed this:
http://www.money-talk.org/viewtopic.php?t=1092
And I know that it's my fault, and I was suppose to be careful,
But please, if that's possible, can I cancel this transaction? Can you credit my credit card back? (I don't care if you'll take a fee)
Please if you can answer me to my email
Thank you very much!
--------------------------------------
I'll post their response in the next message.

Ok, so this is the response that I got from them: (it's little a bit long)
--------------------
Hello,
The majority of StormPay transactions occur without problems. If an
issue should arise StormPay will work to settle disputes through our
Claims Process. StormPay encourages buyers to initiate communication
with sellers if they have a problem with a transaction. Through open
communication, many disputes can be resolved amicably. StormPay's
Claim Policy is designed to try to help buyers recover funds from
sellers who do not ship goods as promised as well as goods that are
significantly different than as described. Buyer complaints MUST be
filed within 30 days of the payment and, even if the buyer's claim is
justified, the buyer will receive a recovery only if there are funds
in the seller's account. If the claim is justified and the funds are
not available in the sellers account StormPay will file a claim with
an outside collection agency on the buyers behalf. The Claim Policy
applies to tangible, physical goods which can be shipped, and
excludes everything else. If you pay a s
eller who does not ship the promised goods, you should first
contact the seller and attempt to resolve the dispute. If you are
unable to resolve the dispute in this manner, you should then file a
Claim with StormPay as soon as possible. You can file a claim by
writing to claims@stormpay.com with the following information:
*StormPay Transaction ID
*Date of transaction
*Vendor email
*Product description and expected delivery date
Note: If you are filing a claim because you received fake or
inauthentic merchandise, please be prepared to submit a letter of
inauthenticity from a reputable expert who can substantiate your
claim. this letter should be on official letterhead and include
contact information so that we may discuss your case with the expert
if necessary.
StormPay will investigate your claim, contact the seller and, if the
seller does not present appropriate proof of shipment, a full refund
or other evidence of a satisfactory resolution, StormPay Inc. will
seek to collect the amount you paid from the seller by debiting the
seller's StormPay account. StormPay may also limit the seller's
access to his or her StormPay account. IF there is more than one
claim against the same account, we will process the claims in the
order they are received, and will pay out on each claim up to the
amount of funds in the seller's account at the time the claim is
awarded, but not more than the amount of the claim. However, there
may not be sufficient funds in the seller's account to pay any of
your claim. Recovery is not guaranteed, however, if funds are not
available in the sellers account StormPay will file a claim with an
outside collection agency on the buyers behalf. Please be prepared to
provide relevant information. Your participation is es
sential in helping us come to a fair conclusion. Buyers who don't
respond to inquiries will have their claims cancelled.
Thank you,
Ruth Ann

Ok, so after reading it I sent a long email to claims@stormpay.com with full details of my case.
And after thinking again, I told my self "Hey, wait a minute, you paid via Credit Card, why don't you ask Stormpay to cancel the charge of your Credit Card?"
And that's what I did. I sent a request to stormpay.
This is the message that I wrote them:
----------------------------------
Hello.
I am enclosing details of transaction that I made. (Below my message)
Moreover, I already contacted you about this issue, and I got an answer from Ruth Ann.
Ruth told me to send an email to claims@stormpay.com and I already did it.
PS. I really appreciate if Ruth can respond to this message because she already knows about my problem.
However if she can't, I'll try to explain it again.
The issue that I'm talking about is that I paid $10 to a scam program.
I asked from you to cancel this transaction because I know that this money that I paid goes to nothing.
Now, I know that your claims department can investigate my issue and try to help me, but I don't want to wait a long time and in addition, who knows even if I will see my money.
I wanted therefore to ask you - can you please just cancel the charge of my credit card?
I did this transaction with Credit Card.
You can help me very much if you just cancel this charge.
Is that possible?
And if not, can I cancel this charge with my credit card issuer?
Please, I really want you to understand that I'm not canceling a "real" payment here. I am not the one who's cheating here.
The $10 that I paid are going for nothing. I paid those $10 to bucksondemand.com and you can read what is says on them here:
http://www.money-talk.org/viewtopic.php?t=1092
I'm sorry for writing you so much information, I simply worried about a wrong payment that I did and I don't want to pay to cheaters.
Please if you can answer me as soon as possible.
Thank you very much!
--------------------------------------------
And after 24 hours I sent them another request.
I think my message is long enough. I'll continue in another one (last one)

So that's it. Today I got a response from Stormpay.com, a very short one.
I got 2 emails from them.
In the first one:
--------------------
Dear Arie, <I erased my last name>
This is to inform you that the transaction below has resulted in a Reversal.
Please log in to StormPay to get more details.

Thank you for using StormPay!
The StormPay Team
And in the other one:
---------------
Hello,

your credit card. Please allow 10 business days for the credit to
appear on your statement and let us know if you need any additional

Thank you,

StormPay Support
------------------------
That's all!
I gotta tell you, I was so glad to see this message. Not just because I got my $10, but because this cheater (WM of Bucksondemand) tried to screw me, and I screw him back.
That's my story.
Now, about doublers - I really suggest you to read the following article:
http://www.thenettle.com/doublers/truth.html
And I even think to build a website about Bucksondemand and warn people from using it. Plus, when you search in Google "Bucksondemand" you almost get nothing - so I think if people will see when they search Google a website with a title like "Bucksondemand is a big scam" - I'm sure it will help them to save their money.
By the way, as other people said above, nobody answers you when you try to contact them. Not via the support button, and not via the email address signup@bucksondemand.com which is the email address of their stormpay account.
That's all.
And pattyflip - my suggestion, try to do as I did, maybe stormpay can help you. Because one this is for sure, Stormpay are great, they do their best to make our International marketing honest.
Arie
