Like many websites, PayPal uses cookies to indicate if you have properly logged in on the pages after the login screen. If your browser has been set to restrict cookies, or you've used other security software to restrict cookies, then PayPal won't be able to verify that you are still logged in as you move though your account pages.

Try to think what you may have changed since the last time you sucessfully used PayPal. Did you add some security software or change your browser security settings? Check there.

Do you have a firewall. Sometimes that can cause the problem, but most likely you need to set your browser to accept third party cookies. Hope this helps.
