personal finance tools  Reply with quote

Most tools do work. But you have to choose them with care. I find the online money management widgets at rudder.com very useful. You can choose what you want – right from budgeting to saving to spending.

I know a lot of people love those online tools, but I'm not a fan. I have an excel sheet I wrote myself that makes sense for how I spend money, and helps me keep track of things. I find it much more useful, personally.

Mint’s done a great job positioning themselves as a leader in the personal finance space. Certainly their quality product, most recently with the addition of Financial Fitness, has helped in that capacity.
As is the challenge with most web-based services, finding a more mainstream audience is a crucial, albeit tricky, element to growing the user base. So instead of trying to bring the mainstream to Mint (Mint), Mint’s bringing their product to the mainstream with the help of My Yahoo.
Starting today, My Yahoo, the internet start page for millions of mainstream users, will support a Mint application that includes a balance-free view of a user’s budget, spending trends, and account status with charts and graphics.

Hello !!

I got to know about these tools from my friends and they suggested me not to relay completely on them because it cant provide you the exact that you want..

One can get help from them but depending completely is some what untrustworthy.

Thanks
