When I look at a thread the top posting is always the first. I would like to change the order so when I view a thread, the top-most posting is the latest.
I looked around but could not if this is able to be changed. If it can be, would someone post how to do it.

The most recent posts are always featured at the top of the page. This is the only sensible way to do it.
I am not sure I understand your complaint.
Is it that you would want it to work this way, but for you there may be a fault?
EDIT: OH I see what you mean - you mean the actual conversations within a thread! Ah, well I am sorry it is not currently possible to change this order.
However, in the forum where all topics are listed, if you click the little arrow by the latest posting user's name, (  ), it will take you directly to the latest post(s) in that thread.

The version of software this board runs is phpBB version 2. That feature isn't available in this version of the software. The administrator's username is Andrew if you wish to pm him with your request.
