Stock delisting?  Reply with quote

North american tech. , (NATKC), has a message saying that they will get delisted on the NASDAC stock exchange if the stock price doesn`t reach 1.00 by mid June.
My question is, what generally happens to a company when this happens? I`ve heard they become a bulletin board stock. what does that mean? Can you still buy and sell the stock? Can you look up the stock price and get a quote on the web?
They seem like a good company. They make composite railroad crossties
out of used tires and plastic. They have a contract with Union Pacific railroad for 1,000,000 crossties between now and 2008. Union Pacific just announced they intend to spend a great deal on replaceing ties and rail soon.
I think someday soon the creosote crossties that are currently used will be illegal
in places like California. The demand for composite ties should increase as this happens.
Thanks for any info you can provide
