Well, I'll tell ya, that's a pretty tall order. I can't say as I've seen ANY quality content on any social networking site. Somebody care to post me a link to such content on such a site? Go ahead and set me straight, if you can.
My take on the social networking thing is that people are so busy posting inane stream-of-consciousness about themselves they don't have the time it takes to CREATE quality content -or- to relate on any other than a superficial level. Creativity takes intellectual effort. Understanding and relating take intellectual effort. And let's face it, social networking is a pretty lazy intellectual exercise. There's a lot of decent brainpower being wasted, maybe even trashed. My generation's brain-wasters of choice were alcohol and drugs. Social networking is today's alcohol and drugs.
Drugs never enhanced creativity ... just gave the illusion that it did. I think you can say the same of tweeting......

You should first check your keyword competition for your keywords. Analyze your competitors. Then do proper SEO. Post unique content and don't over promote.

One way you can check competition for a keyword is to use google search and type in.. allintitle:"your phrase here"
