And also you should check out the location and area where you buy a home, place such as parking, park , plot etc. ensure that area has no criminal or location issue. Talk with your real estate or that area local real estate agent.

After that you must first check the complete documents of the house you are willing to buy and if you can afford real estate agent then do hire him as he will keep you safe from getting into any fraud deal.
