What place does probate have in America? Or is inheritance the better way? Is it fair to ask people to work for their own?
If the USA is a meritocracy, why is social status still determined by birthright, class and family wealth?
On the other hand, should gov't have the power to prevent inheritance? Is that realistically enforceable in a light egalitarian system?
