Are you trying to contact Lloyds TSB in the UK or Lloyds Offshore for international customers?
For international customers you can contact them using this contact form
http://www.lloydstsb-offshore.com/contact/enquiry
When they get back to you, you will have an email of a personal advisor.
In general, I think, Lloyds prefers to deal with customers via telephone and that's why they make it so hard for you to contact them via email. Note that you should avoid 0845 or 0844 numbers as they are charged at a higher rate. Either look for numbers specifically for international customers on Lloyds' homepage or have a look at
http://www.saynoto0870.com/
to find alternative numbers.

I have to say that I have found it amazing at how hard Banks try to avoid E-Mail contact and the only way I was able to contact them by E-Mail has been via their HR or media department asking them to pass a message on. I have found it even more amazing at the disgracefully low rates of interest they are prepared to pay on club deposit account bearing in mind what they charge if one want to borrow money from them but I will persevere and many thanks for your help.
