What do you want to do with it? All programming languages have their strong points and their weak points.

There are various programming languages which seems to be the good programming language and are suitable for non-professional programmers. According to me Java, Visual Basic, C++, Pascal are the best programming language.

If you want to make professional applications, start with C++, and go on from that. If you want to build standard websites, learn html.
If you want to make simple games in no time, learn Flash.

In my opinion, every programming language has its pros and cons. One of the easiest of them is PHP, I think. It offers such solutions as online calculators for websites, different types of converters, website search and login systems, cookies and dynamic signatures. Also I read a good PHP developer salary guide on https://diceus.com/php-developer-salary-guide/. All this helped me to choose exactly this language. Maybe this information will be useful for someone!
