So I spent 700 dollars, on loads of crap. Toys, Video Games, & Hats. Bad - I know. But question is - now what?

Now that your money is gone, and you got the stuff. This is the time for you to earn them back with profit. This is the right time to sort out these things, perhaps maintain and clean some of them, and put them up for sale.

I even end up thinking that this is the best opportunity that you can make money that will be worth the while. In fact, I think I had got myself an idea from you. I think I will spend a particular amount and do the same thing that you did, then sell them.
