Structured settlements may include income tax and spendthrift requirements as well as benefits and are considered to be an asset-backed security. Structured settlement payments are sometimes called “periodic payments” and when incorporated into a trial judgment is called a “periodic payment judgment." These payments are also called a coupon for a regular bond.

Structured settlement is really important specially when you are about to pay your tax, if you own a business it is ideal to consult a professional settlement broker that can help you work through the numbers.

Is this a dictionary thread written right out of the book of Webster? Come on people have some common sense when you are posting. This reads like textbook junk. Two Thumbs Down from Siskel and Ebert from the grave Sad

The best structured settlement companies really depend on the persons needs. If they are looking for a fast cash solution they may be better off getting a cash advance. If they need a lump sum they will have to shop around and find the company and person that they feel most comfortable with but it is typically advised to stay away from the ones you see on television.
