Hardship Recovery Advice Needed  Reply with quote

HI, I am looing fro financial planning advice to help me overcome a negative situation that occured last year.
My mother grew ill and was hospitalized for a long period of time. In order to take care of my brother & sister & gave up my "bills and obligations" and took care of their house payment, food, etc. Being a girl in my 20's it was not an easy decision, but it was a necessary one.
As a result, my $9000. in c/c debt went unpaid as I could not even afford the minimums. They have all been charged off. The two cars I owned were re-possessed and are now charge offs.
My question is, now that I am able to get back to work, do I contact these companies to make payment arrangements for the rest of my life?
Do I file BK?
Do I leave them as charge offs and just try to rebuild. I have no assets for them to attach the bills to.
I really appreciate any and all advice.
Thank you for your time
Lisa
