I am considering selling my house via quick house sale, as I am struggling to keep up with the mortgage repayments.
1) How do I know whether this is the best option for me?
2) What percentage below the market value do properties normally sell for when they are sold in this manner?
Any advice would be terrific.

I just need to have an extra opinion. This is just one site, not sure that real life experiences or other expert opinion will match what i have read.

Upon selling your house, do have another one to live in or you are just planning to rent, if you are planning to rent a house then it is not a good idea to do so.
