Assuming you plan for it!
Does anyone wish they did it differently?
What kind of financial planning did you do?
Does age really matter or more financial planing?

My wife and I found out we were pregnant 5 months ago and it was great news, first because it was happening and second because we were already debt free minus the mortgage. We have a baby fund and we are all set to go for the unexpected. Because we are financially secure are stress level is only based on having a healthy baby and not finances. That's the way it should be.

As long as you're financially secured and ready you can have your children. No age required.

Pre-menopausal is usually recommended.

I believe that there is not a perfect age or financial position to have children. Depending on the person and the situation some will be ready where others won't.
In general, think about the quality of life that you can give your child. Will you have to work 20 hours a day and not see your child? Are emotionally ready to deal with the love and sacrifice that children require? Do you have a spouse that has the same level of readiness?

I think 25 is the best age having child.
It is best for parents and children in future.

it should be the right answer
This answer will vary based on whom you ask because of many of the reasons listed above. A woman has the best physical opportunity to conceive a child between the age range of 18 and 25. She's at her peak fertility at the age of 18. This is the age where she is most likely to deliver an infant with the smallest amount of physical problems. Do not forget that this is just from a physical perspective. It doesn't be the reason for a number of other factors.

I think the right age would be at least early or middle 20's, but more importantly, it depends on when both of you feel ready.
